What to include in your request

The more specific your request, the faster we can price it. Where you have them, send the manufacturer part numbers and the quantity you need per line. If you are working from a bill of materials, attach it and we will quote the whole list rather than asking you to retype it.
Two details make more difference than people expect: your target delivery date and the application the parts are going into. Lead times on mil-spec connectors vary widely by series and shell plating, so telling us when you need them lets us flag long-lead items straight away, rather than after you have committed to a build schedule. Knowing whether the assembly is destined for aerospace, defence, offshore or industrial automation also lets us check that the part you have specified is genuinely right for the environment.
Partial information is fine. A drawing, a photograph of an existing connector, or a competitor's part number is usually enough for us to work from.

What happens next

Your request goes to our sales engineers, not to a general inbox. They check availability across our own stock and our manufacturer network, then come back with pricing, lead time, and any alternatives worth considering if the exact part is on long lead.
If your request covers a long bill of materials or a custom assembly, we will acknowledge it first and tell you when the full quotation will follow.
Datasheets and technical drawings can be supplied alongside the quotation. Just say so in your message.
